Our Role as Appointed Furniture & Fit-Out Partner
As the appointed furniture supplier (in collaboration with stand-builders/printers from Print Collective / Collective Events), All Event Hire delivered a full exhibition fit-out, which included the supply and install of all furniture for the networking areas, breakout rooms, exhibition stands, and the main conference hall, ensuring a clean, functional layout for delegates, speakers and exhibitors.

Our AEH team delivered a polished, cohesive environment that matched the global reputation of MAINSTREAM, supporting high-quality presentations, learning and networking.
